GrapevineStar was founded in the historic city of Grapevine, Texas, by 30+ year media & entertainment veteran, Jacob R. Miles III. Through its intellectual properties, new media solutions, and products & events, GrapevineStar specializes in reflecting & integrating social nuances & values of neighborhoods. These neighborhoods are made up of consumer & business social communities within a geographical region and/or built upon common interests on the internet.

Utilizing niche strategy based, next-gen thinking, GrapevineStar’s Intellectual Property EcoSystem integrates intellectual properties with new media solutions, products and events as a sustainable growth multiplier for clients IP owners / licensors and licensees.
GrapevineStar’s mission is to maintain a leadership position in the development, ownership, and management of intellectual properties from content to digital media to real-world products. The company uses its internal and external social network systems and directories for content syndication, distribution, and to support its global research efforts along with generating leads for sales and content acquisitions. This mission’s reality is found in that GrapevineStar owns and represents over 50 intellectual properties that are in various stages of development and distribution.
GrapevineStar operates a new media solutions business under its Social Media Analysts™ brand to provide businesses & municipalities with a gateway to economics & efficiencies through new media. It is currently negotiating with several companies to license its social media systems architecture and methodology.
GrapevineStar also operates a beta-stage media property, temporarily named, GSEConnect.com. It is a niche trends focused interactive news & information site that aggregates content from independent writers & content creators, GrapevineStar’s proprietary & external social networks, and GrapevineStar’s intellectual property & other networked websites.
The company has three licensable new media platforms in development (a virtual world and two social network platforms (B2B & B2C)) as well as operates an e-commerce focused site, GrapevinePOP.com, that features GrapevineStar’s digital products and digital content from independent content creators.
Intellectual Properties (IP):

Promotional products are articles of merchandise branded with intellectual property usually in the form of a logo or licensed character, celebrity or that uses licensed music, graphics, video etc. Product distribution outlets utilized include Mobile, TV, Internet, Books, Toys, Games as well as Events and Retailers. They are promotional, digital and physical. Events are defined as conventions, meetings, exhibitions, concerts, performances, festivals, fairs and more.
